When will I receive my order?

This depends on your location and shipping method/carrier.


For national orders, we strive to process them within 14 days


For orders within the EU, we strive to process them within 21 days


For international orders, we strive to process them within  28 days


What do I do if I never received my order?

We recommend contacting the shipping company first with your corresponding Track & Trace number.
